Thank You, Lord, for the dedicated service of Adama Sene as the Director of Mission Inter Senegal (MIS) over the past 5 years. Adama has worked out an agreement with the MIS Board to complete his transition out of MIS by the end of January. Thank You, Lord for three qualified candidates to replace Adama as Executive Director. Pray for clarity in the role that Pastor Mike and Jill will play in supporting MIS through this transition through equipping and encouraging pastors and leaders. Pray for planning with the churches in Baback and Ngalagne for 2021. This transition in MIS leadership provides many opportunities for continued improvement of processes, expansion of partners to support this church planting work, and ultimately expansion of God's kingdom in Senegal. (95% Muslim nation with freedom of religion and an open door for the gospel.)
